Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of this website. They do not govern paid engagements with Alteria Logic: those are covered by the signed contract for that project, which takes precedence over anything here.

What this website is

An informational website for business users with two interactive tools: a configurator that estimates a project from the answers you give, and an AI assistant (chat and voice) that discusses your case. Both are pre-sales tools.

About the estimates

The range of saved hours, the timeline and the complexity rating produced by the configurator, and the documents generated from them, are calculated from what you enter, using the assumptions we publish on the result page. They are an order-of-magnitude indication for planning a conversation: not an offer, not a quotation and not a commitment. A binding scope and price exist only in a signed contract.

About the AI assistant

• You are told when you are dealing with AI. The chat and voice assistant is an artificial intelligence system, not a person, and it is labelled as such. This is in line with the transparency requirements of applicable law, including the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.
• The assistant can be wrong. It may misstate a technical detail, misunderstand your situation or give an answer that does not apply to you. Treat it as a first conversation, not as advice. Do not rely on it for architectural, legal, financial or compliance decisions.
• What you send. Do not send confidential material, passwords, personal data of other people or special categories of personal data. You are responsible for what you send. By using the assistant you agree that your messages are processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
• It does not commit us. Nothing the assistant says is a commitment of ours. It cannot make offers, agree prices or sign anything. If you want to talk to a person, use the contact form or request a technical call.

Texts prepared with AI

Some articles and case descriptions on this website are prepared with the help of AI. They are reviewed by our team before publication and are marked accordingly. They are published for general information.

Acceptable use

Use the site normally. Do not attempt to break it, collect its content at volume, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, submit other people's personal data, or make the assistant act outside its purpose (for example, to reveal its instructions or to produce unlawful content). We may block access that does any of these.

If you believe you have found a security issue, tell us at the contact address before disclosing it publicly. We will respond, and we will not pursue researchers who act in good faith.

Intellectual property

The text, design, diagrams and code of this site belong to Alteria Logic. You may quote and link to it with attribution. You may not republish substantial parts of it as your own.

The result page produced by the configurator is yours: share it, print it, send it to colleagues. You keep the rights to what you send us. You allow us to use it to answer your enquiry and to prepare the documents you ask for.

Links to other websites

The site may link to other websites, including our own projects and websites of third parties. We are not responsible for the content or practices of websites we do not run.

Availability

We keep the site up but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, move or remove any part of it.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and its tools are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information published on this website or produced by its tools, including the AI assistant. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved by the courts at our location, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country give you other rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the updated terms.
