AI integration for business operations

We embed AI into your business on a reliable data foundation

First we audit your systems, automate the data exchange between them and build a single trusted source of data. Only then do we connect AI agents that do the work inside your ERP, CRM and internal services. No stopgaps or workarounds — so the result stays reliable as your volumes grow.

Three minutes, no email: you see the architecture, the hours saved and the pilot timeline first.

Business challenges

Business problems we solve

Most automation projects fall short not because of the AI, but because the data is scattered and the systems do not exchange information. These are the situations we resolve.

  • The same data is typed by hand into several systems

A manager enters an order in the CRM, then an accountant repeats it in the ERP. We automate the exchange between the systems, and where they disagree, a person sees both versions side by side instead of one silently overwriting the other.

  • Documents spend days moving between departments

Contracts, invoices and specifications are checked by hand. The agent finds the required fields, compares them with your regulations and fills in the ERP record. Anything doubtful goes to a person, with the page of the document where it was found.

  • Reports are compiled by hand and are outdated on arrival

Analysts export data from several systems every week and merge it in a spreadsheet. Once the data is in order, a manager asks a question in plain language and gets the figure from live data, together with the query that calculated it, so it can be verified.

  • Errors in routine work with no way to find the cause

One employee makes a mistake, another corrects it, and nobody knows why it happened. The rules are applied the same way every time, and every step is recorded: what was read, what was decided and who approved it.

  • More volume means hiring more people

Every new order adds work for the same people. Agents take the standard cases, while your team keeps the exceptions and the decisions that need human judgement.

  • A website that only displays information

A customer leaves a request and waits until morning, and the articles on the site are not updated for months. AI modules answer customers, qualify requests and prepare new materials for your approval.

Our method

Foundation first, then AI — no stopgaps

AI cannot work with disorder. It needs a way to receive data, reliable data to work with, and a place to write its results. That is why every step below makes the next one possible, and we do not skip any of them.

  1. 01

    Audit

We map the systems you use, where the data is stored, who works with it and where the processes break.

Why it matters: it shows where time and money are really lost, so we start automating exactly there.

Result: a map of systems and processes

  2. 02

    Automated data exchange

We set up reliable automatic exchange between your systems: CRM, ERP, accounting, mail, spreadsheets.

Why it matters: this is the route by which data will reach the AI and results will return. Without it the AI has nowhere to read from and nowhere to write to.

Result: systems exchange data without manual work

  3. 03

A single source of trusted data

We bring the data to one standard: remove duplicates and conflicts, and decide which system is the master for each type of data.

Why it matters: otherwise the AI will make decisions on contradictory data.

Result: one version of the truth for people and AI

  4. 04

    AI implementation

Only now do we connect the AI agents. At first they only propose a result, and you compare it with your team's decisions. They get the right to write to your systems after you have seen that the results match.

Why it matters: you control the moment when AI starts to act on its own.

Result: AI and people work in one system with the same data

This is why we do not connect AI to scattered data in a week. It looks good in a demonstration and breaks in daily work. Bringing the backend to one standard is not extra cost: it is the condition under which AI gives a stable result.

Expertise

Two directions on one engineering foundation

The basis of our work is integrating AI into ERP and business processes. Websites with built-in AI are the same engineering applied to what your customers see and interact with.

Start with the process that costs you the most

Choose the process that takes the most of your team's time. You will get an architecture, an honest estimate and the closest cases — before you talk to anyone.

Security

You are giving an agent access to your systems. That calls for a direct answer.

So we describe everything openly: where the system runs, what it can access, what it records and what it is technically unable to do.

  • It runs where you decide

In your infrastructure or your cloud account. Cloud AI models are reached through a private gateway; a closed network with a local model is an additional option, assessed individually.

  • Personal data is protected

Before a request leaves your network, names and contacts are replaced with placeholders, and after the answer returns they are put back. The model never sees them.

  • Every action can be reconstructed

Everything is recorded: what the agent read, what it decided and who approved it. An auditor asking about any operation gets an answer.

  • Everything belongs to you

The code, the instructions for the model, the settings and the logs are in your repository. If we part ways, the system keeps running.

Describe the process. Get the architecture and the estimate.

The configurator is the first step of the audit. In three minutes it builds a scheme of the solution, shows roughly how many hours a year you can free up and estimates the pilot timeline. If you would rather discuss the task directly, talk to the engineer who would build it.

Confidential. Your data never trains anyone's model.
