Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

This policy explains what Alteria Logic collects through this website, why, on what basis, how long we keep it and what rights you have.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Alteria Logic, Lviv, Ukraine. For any question about your data, write to office@alterialogic.com.

This website is intended for business users. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

What we collect, why and on what basis

  • Contact form and call requests. Your name, work email, company, phone or messenger and convenient time if you give them, and your message. We use them to reply to you. Basis: your request and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
  • Guide and estimate requests. Your email, name and company; for an estimate also the answers you gave in the configurator. We use them to send the document you asked for and to follow up once about it. Basis: your request.
  • Solution configurator. The process, systems, volumes and requirements you select. The result is calculated by fixed rules, without AI. It is stored without any identifier until, and unless, you request a detailed estimate and give us an email. Basis: our legitimate interest in providing the tool.
  • AI assistant (text and voice). The messages you send and, in voice mode, the text of what you say. We store the text of the conversation, not an audio recording. We use it to carry on the conversation, to give the assistant context and to improve it. Basis: your voluntary use of the assistant and our legitimate interest in improving it.
  • Contact details you give to the assistant. Your name or company, contact, industry and a summary of your need. We use them to contact you about your enquiry. Basis: your consent, which you give by agreeing in the conversation to leave your contact.
  • Technical logs. Standard server logs including IP address, browser, requested page and time. We keep them for security and troubleshooting. Basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.

We do not buy contact lists, and we do not enrich what you give us with data from third-party providers. Please do not send us special categories of data (for example health data) or confidential information.

Artificial intelligence on this website

We use AI in the places listed below and we tell you about it where it happens.

  • AI assistant (chat). When you write in the chat, you are talking to an artificial intelligence system, not to a person. Replies are generated automatically and may be incorrect.
  • Voice mode. If you switch to voice, you hear a synthetic AI voice. Your speech is sent to an AI provider for processing, and we save its transcript as text.
  • Analysis of conversations. We use AI to analyse conversations: to prepare a summary for our team when you leave your contact details, and to understand which questions our visitors have and how to improve the assistant. People in our team can read the conversations.
  • Texts on this website. Some articles and case descriptions are prepared with the help of AI. They are published only after review by our team and are marked as prepared with AI.
  • Where AI is not used. The configurator calculates the estimate by fixed rules, without AI.

No decision that has legal or similarly significant effects on you is made on this website solely by automated means. A person on our team follows up on every enquiry.

The language models for the chat and the voice mode are provided by OpenAI. Your messages and speech are sent to its servers to produce replies. As we understand the provider's business terms, data sent through its API is not used to train its models by default. Do not send confidential information, personal data of other people or special categories of data to the assistant.

Cookies and similar technologies

We set only what the site needs to work: a session cookie, a protection token that keeps forms safe from abuse, and your language choice. Your light or dark theme and your choice in the cookie banner are stored in your browser (local storage) and never sent to us. We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

Analytics

This site currently runs no third-party analytics and sets no tracking cookies.

Who receives your data

Service providers that process data on our instructions: our hosting provider, OpenAI (for the AI assistant), our email provider and Notion, where we keep our enquiry records. We never sell personal data and never share it for advertising. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

Transfers outside your country

Some providers, including OpenAI, are based in the United States or process data there. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area or Ukraine, we rely on the safeguards provided by law, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

  • Contact messages and lead records: three years from the last interaction, then deleted.
  • Configurator results without contact details: twelve months.
  • Chat and voice transcripts: twelve months.
  • Server logs: no longer than ninety days.

After these periods we delete the data. If you ask us to delete your data earlier, we do so, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us for access to your data, to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, receive it in a portable form, or object to our use of it. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that significantly affects you.

Write to the address above and we will answer within thirty days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to your national data protection authority: in the European Union, the authority of your country; in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to lead data is limited to the people who need it and is protected by individual accounts. We report a breach affecting personal data to the relevant authority and to you where the law requires it.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page, and we state here what changed when the change is material.
