Contract Pipeline: from the First Edit to Accounting in One Click

Less routine for lawyers
The situation before
Lawyers spent weeks reading customer contracts, trying to spot traps such as penalties and unfavourable terms. While the review lasted, the deal and the revenue waited.
After the review, someone still had to retype the agreed terms into the accounting system.
What we built
The agent reads the contract, finds the clauses that differ from the company's standard terms and marks the risky ones: penalties, payment terms, liability.
A lawyer sees the marked places with a reference to the page and decides on each. The decision is saved with the document.
When the contract is approved, its key fields are written into the accounting system in one step, without retyping.
What changed
Lawyers read the places that matter instead of the whole text, and the review stops being a bottleneck for the business.
The terms in the accounting system always match the signed contract, because they come from it.
